"RISE has been a great experience for me. I got to get involved in activities with other women from different backgrounds.  I have enjoyed all the sessions I have been to. The members have made me feel welcome, and I know it is a place that would go and learn something different and have fun with everyone, and I can also express myself freely".

Exercise Classes were such good energy and the embroidery sessions so far are so relaxing and creative.
