RISE Forth Valley is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting racial inclusion and empowering racialised communities in the Forth Valley region. Our mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive society by addressing systemic barriers, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and amplifying the voices of those who have been historically marginalised.
Through a range of programs and advocacy efforts, we strive to build a Forth Valley where everyone can thrive, regardless of their racial or ethnic background.
Our aim is to bring together different parts of our community to:
⦁ Become a central learning hub for educational classes and workshops for the ethnic minority and wider community, promoting unity and awareness of social responsibility.
⦁ Provide practical and social support to members of the local Ethnic Minority community especially those facing isolation and vulnerability through outreach services.
⦁ Develop communication skills amongst ethnic minority youths and adults to enable them to become confident members of the Scottish society they live in.
⦁ Provide a positive understanding and awareness of race and equality to the wider community to build better relations.

Advocate for Equality: Challenge systemic discrimination and promote fairness. Foster Inclusion: Create inclusive environments where diversity is celebrated. Support Development: Offer programs for personal and professional growth. Promote Awareness: Raise awareness about anti-racism and engage the broader community. Collaborate for Change: Partner with organisations to drive collective action for equity.
A fair and inclusive Scotland where all communities are empowered as equal citizens. We envision a society where everyone can achieve their full potential and actively contribute to Scotland’s progress, growth, and wellbeing at every level.
