As we journey through Ramadan and Lent, it’s beaut As we journey through Ramadan and Lent, it’s beautiful to reflect on the shared themes that unite these sacred seasons. 🌙✝️

Both invite us into fasting, prayer, self-discipline, charity, and spiritual reflection. Whether observing Ramadan in the Muslim tradition or Lent in the Christian tradition, this is a time to slow down, turn inward, and grow closer to God.

These seasons remind us of the power of sacrifice, gratitude, compassion, and caring for those in need. Different paths — shared values. 💛

May this season be one of renewal, humility, and deeper connection for all who observe.

As we step into the Year of the Fire Horse, we embrace a powerful combination of passion, energy, and bold transformation. In the Chinese zodiac, the Horse symbolizes strength, freedom, determination, and forward momentum. When paired with the Fire element, these qualities are amplified—bringing heightened ambition, creativity, leadership, and dynamic change.

🔥 The Fire Horse year is believed to inspire:
• Courage to take bold steps
• Confidence and independence
• Fast-moving opportunities
• Passion-driven success
• Powerful personal growth

It’s a year to chase your dreams fearlessly and move forward with purpose!

🌙✨ Traditional Lunar New Year customs include:
• 🧧 Giving red envelopes (hongbao) for luck and prosperity

What an amazing week we had last week with the par What an amazing week we had last week with the parent club groups! 🙌

We packed so much in—from the computer course at Forth Valley College in Falkirk 💻📚 to getting moving with pickleball in Alloa, full of energy, laughs, and great teamwork 🏓😄 We also enjoyed some fantastic sessions of badminton at Polmont Sports Centre, keeping active and supporting one another 🏸

The highlight for many was the walk up to the Wallace Monument with the Stirling group 🥾⛰️—fresh air, great conversations, and stunning views at the top.

A brilliant week of learning, staying active, and spending quality time together. Huge thanks to everyone who took part and helped make it such a positive, memorable week 💙
